However, if you want to update your services, you can do so by logging into your profile through the Urban Gaffa mobile application and setting the filter tool to receive the correct leads as per your preferences. In addition, there are varieties of filters that you can use such as to change the preferred location or to set the limit of coins, that is, you will only receive the lead as per your set coins limit. For example, if you have set to receive 20 UG coins for a job, you will only see the incoming leads related to your set coins limit.

Urban Gaffa screens every incoming lead or expert's response to it to prevent any inconvenience happening to our experts or customers. If anything happens like an expert has responded to a lead with his incorrect contact details, then the expert can also reach the same lead with a different contact details and email address by mentioning the reason behind it.

All the incoming leads are verified by Urban Gaffa. If an expert receives the wrong customer’s details such as contact number, and email address, then it is suggested to contact the Urban Gaffa team to investigate it. Moreover, Urban Gaffa will return the used UG coins to an expert’s account after verifying the client’s details that were sent to an expert.

A portfolio or a great expert’s profile is the one that grabs the attention of the customer whilst showcasing your skills and the services you provide. A great Urban Gaffa expert’s portfolio includes the following:
  • Updated contact details such as full name, contact number, email address, photo, etc.
  • A well-written profile description that includes the concise key points that customers should see instead of laying out lengthy information on your profile.
  • Add working images such as on-site photos of working with the team, company logo, product photos, videos, etc.

    Some leads cost more UG coins than other jobs and the coins are calculated depending on the service required, specific requirements, and the size of the job posted by a customer on the Urban Gaffa. For example, a lead where a customer needs a regular kitchen cleaning will require fewer UG coins to respond to than a lead where a client needs a full-house deep cleaning. The requirements of the latter job have more requirements concerning the large size of the job. Therefore, the latter job will need more coins to apply to the lead.

  • To use the Urban Gaffa app for the work, an expert has to follow the following steps:
  • Download the Urban Gaffa app on your phone.
  • New experts to this platform will need to sign up to get the leads, else old experts will simply Log in with login details. After Signing up and Logging in, experts will create their profiles.
  • After completing the above steps, We offer the market's lowest lead price.
